And now, even first problem keeps coming. This microsoft products are prone to problems. I really wonder if they test before releasing a product. I am tierd of trouble shooting these problems and writing to you. Can you please please please resolve my issues. I bought Microsoft office professional plus 2010 key in an offer provided my Microsoft to JP Morgan Chase. They provided me a link to download installation package. I downloaded exe file "X16-32250" which is around 665MB and tried to install it in my laptop which contains Windows 7 Enterprise (32-bit). First problem i faced: I started getting "The installation of this package failed". I browsed several sites and tried every possible way, finally it worked when i copied the installation exe file in one of my external drives. It took almost a week for me to fix it. Pity 2010 download site .blogspot.es. and Now my current unresolved problem: It starts installation and asks for product key. Once i enter it and after validates, it starts installation and fails after few seconds saying "Setup can not find Outlook.en-us\OutlkLR.cab" and setup will start rolling back if i don't provide the file path. I checked for this file in that directory ( C:\Users\bhargava\AppData\Local\Temp\OWP3169.tmp\Outlook.en-us\OutlkLR.cab ) and surprisingly file exists. I tried to copy that file in different paths, different drives, and tried to browse it from installation, but it doesn't show that file. I tried to download it from torrents, and it didn't work. I searched in google for solution, i saw so many people asking solution for this problem, but no where there is a solution provided.
